As first time home buyers we were unsure of the processes and procedures of purchasing a home, however Rob’s kind nature, patience and vast knowledge made the entire process seamless and a lot less intimidating than we anticipated. Not only did he find us the perfect home, which has everything on our wish list and is located in our first choice neighbourhood, but he got it for us at the deal of a century. With multiple offers immediately following ours, Rob managed to close the deal for us under asking with our conditions intact before the other deals were even considered! Although we have no plans to move anytime soon, if someday we do, Rob will be our first call. Thank you so much Rob, we cannot describe how thankful we are!
